Returns & Exchange

You can return items purchased from vinandsno.com for a refund or store credit within 14 days of the delivery date. All returns must be approved by us before sending it back to us.

To be eligible for a return, your item must be in the same condition that you received it. It should be unused and in its original packaging (including gifts). 

Please note that while we are happy to refund or exchange, we do not cover the cost of return shipping. The cost of a return shipment depend on the country you are living in and which delivery service you are going to use.

Please note that we are not responsible for return products that go missing.

We offer store credit if you would like to exchange for a different item. Upon a successful return, we will issue you a personalized code. All exchanges are final. Please note that you can only exchange your order if it falls within the 14-day return period.

The fastest way to ensure you get what you want is to return the item you have, and once the return is accepted, make a separate purchase for the new item.



If you received a free gift with your order and return your bracelet for a refund, the free gift must also be included. Failure to do so will result in the gift's full value being debited from your order.

If you exchange your bracelet, you can of course keep the free gift.

Please allow 5–7 business days for your refund to process once your items have been received by our team. All refunds will be issued to the original payment method.
