Vin & Snö ships orders to every EU country (for free). We do not deliver outside Europe. You can find and select your location via our Country Selector at the top and bottom of every page.

Click here for our size guide. Use a tape measure to check your wrist size and select the right size.

In the case of an intermediate size, we recommend that you always choose the largest size that is closest to it. The majority of our customers are very satisfied with it.

Delivery time is between 2 and 5 business days. We keep you posted about your order through track and trace.

All orders include free shipping.

You can return items purchased from vinandsno.com for a refund or store credit within 14 days of the delivery date. All returns must be approved by us before sending it back to us.

To be eligible for a return, your item must be in the same condition that you received it. It should be unused and in its original packaging (including gifts).

We offer store credit if you would like to exchange for a different item. Upon a successful return, we will issue you a personalized code. All exchanges are final.

The fastest way to ensure you get what you want is to return the item you have, and once the return is accepted, make a separate purchase for the new item.

If you received a free gift with your order and return your bracelet for a refund, the free gift must also be included. If you exchange your bracelet, you can of course keep the free gift.

When your order ships, you will receive a shipping confirmation email containing tracking information.

Vin & Snö bracelets are made of the strongest materials. You don't have to do anything to maintain the bracelet.

Sun, seawater, daily showers, Vin & Snö bracelets has no problem with this.

If you want to use your bracelet during sports and it gets a little smelly, you can put it in the washing machine on the cold cycle. Make sure you remove the clasp to avoid damage.

We do everything we can to produce our bracelets with the best possible materials, to offer you the best possible quality.

All VIN & SNÖ bracelets have a warranty period of 12 months. If your bracelet becomes defective within this warranty period, we will replace it with a new one. Additional costs incurred due to the warranty conditions are coverded by us.

Please note that if the design in question is sold out or no longer available, a VIN & SNÖ gift voucher will be issued for the value of your bracelet.
